If you’re searching for a Portals Market alternative, you probably want one of two things: another place to trade real gifts, or a free place to collect and learn. Gifters is the second one, and this page explains the difference honestly.

Which is better, Gifters or Portals Market?

It depends on what you want to own. Portals Market is the better choice if you trade real Telegram gifts: buying, selling, making offers, staking or entering GRAM tournaments. Gifters is the better choice if you want to collect virtual copies of every collection for free, learn how traits and markets work, and have your collection mine Giftcoin, with no deposit and nothing to withdraw. Plenty of people use both: Gifters to learn and play, Portals when they want the real gift.

What each app is

Portals Market is a Telegram marketplace for real Telegram gifts. Its bot says “Open the portal. Trade your gifts.” You bring gifts in through its deposit bot or use a GRAM balance, then buy, sell, make offers, stake and play around that inventory.

Gifters is a free Telegram game where you collect virtual gifts, and your collection mines Giftcoin. You start with a free first gift, put gifts on a shelf, and they earn Giftcoin every hour. Its gifts are copies of Telegram gift collections, not the real collectibles.

Gifters gifts are virtual. They don’t appear on your Telegram profile, can’t be withdrawn as real Telegram gifts, and a Portals gift can’t be deposited into Gifters.

Gifters vs Portals at a glance

As of October 2026. Portals facts come from its bot, its channel and its FindMini listing, plus what we saw when we opened the app.

What Portals does well

Portals is a serious trader’s app with a big community: its channel had about 699K subscribers, and FindMini’s TMA Sensor ranked it 32nd by grossing with 352.4K users on 26 October 2026. When we opened it, the collection, model, backdrop and symbol filters sat right on the market screen, with crafting, staking and games one tab away.

Its range is the real strength. Alongside buying, selling and offers, you can buy Stars, gift Premium, stake gifts, stake GRAM (“withdraw anytime”, per its channel) and join tournaments with GRAM prize pools. Lucky Craft lets you burn gifts for a chance at one from a target collection. If your gifts are real and you want to do more with them than hold them, Portals covers a lot of ground.

What’s different about Gifters

The biggest difference is what your collection does. In Gifters, the gifts you put on your shelf mine Giftcoin every hour into a pouch, even while you’re away; you come back and claim. Matching collections, backdrops or themes makes them earn more together, and the daily leagues rank the worth of your whole collection. Your collection is the mine.

The second difference is that the whole loop works with no deposit and nothing ever cashed out. You get a free first gift, a free daily box, a daily streak and tasks, and you can trade with the Giftcoin you mine. Gifters does sell optional boxes and conveniences for Telegram Stars, but you don’t need them to play, and anything you unwrap stays virtual.

Some features overlap, and that’s fine to say plainly: both apps have crafting, and both have PvP-style games. In Gifters, crafting combines Common or Uncommon gifts from one collection, success is random, and the selected gifts burn even if it fails. Gifters’ PvP (labeled “Rolls” in the app) and Arena (labeled “Balls”) use only virtual gifts and Giftcoin.

Familiar by design

If you’ve used Portals or Rolls, Gifters will feel familiar: the same kind of market and PvP screens, but with virtual gifts and Giftcoin, free to start. It’s a place to learn the ropes before you spend real money, or just to play. Gifters isn’t affiliated with Portals or endorsed by it.

In the Gifters market you can quick sell, list at a fixed price, run an auction, make an offer on any gift, place a collection offer, or propose a swap in chat. Listings are priced in Giftcoin, and a buyer can also pay with Telegram Stars, in which case the seller is paid in Stars. That pays for the gift; it never buys Giftcoin.

Who should choose which

Choose Portals Market when the gift has to be real. You own gifts or have GRAM, and you want them listed, offered on, staked, crafted or entered in a tournament, with Stars and Premium in the same app.

Choose Gifters when you want the collection without the deposit. It’s the free way to collect a virtual copy of every collection, learn why two gifts from the same collection aren’t worth the same, and practice listings and offers where a mistake costs Giftcoin rather than GRAM. Or simply to build a shelf that mines and climb the leagues with your squad.

The two don’t connect: a Gifters gift can’t be sent to Portals, and a Portals gift can’t go on a Gifters shelf. What carries over is knowledge. Start with the rarity guide to read a gift’s traits, then try the Gifters market guide to see how trading works with virtual gifts.

Questions players ask

Is Gifters a Portals Market alternative?

For learning and for play, yes; for owning a real gift, no. Gifters is a free game with virtual copies of Telegram gift collections, and its market will feel familiar if you've used Portals. Gifters isn't affiliated with Portals, and gifts can't move between the two apps.

Can I withdraw gifts from Gifters like on Portals?

No. Gifters gifts are virtual and stay in the game: they can't be withdrawn as real Telegram gifts, and real gifts can't be deposited. Portals deals in real gifts; in our October 2026 test its My gifts screen showed a Withdraw action.

Does Gifters use GRAM like Portals?

No. The Gifters market is priced in Giftcoin, the coin your collection mines, and buyers can also pay for a listing with Telegram Stars. Giftcoin is never sold and can't be cashed out as Stars, TON or money.

I already use Portals. Why would I open Gifters?

To collect every collection for free, try listings, auctions and offers with nothing real at stake, and build a shelf that mines Giftcoin and climbs the daily leagues. Your Portals inventory doesn't appear in Gifters.
